At Mutts & Moggies Co., we want to get your order to you and your pet as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, public holidays, supplier delays or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping locations
We currently ship within Australia. If we expand shipping to other countries in the future, this policy will be updated.
Estimated delivery times
Standard delivery within Australia is estimated at 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days due to courier delays, public holidays, weather events, regional delivery areas or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If a free shipping offer applies, it will be shown clearly on our website or at checkout.
Our current standard offer is free shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect shipping details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mutts & Moggies Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@muttsandmoggies.com.au.
Please include your order number and the name used at checkout. We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the delivery provider where possible.
If we are unable to supply a product you have paid for within a reasonable time, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, refund or another fair outcome depending on the situation.
Authority to leave
If you select or request authority to leave, the parcel may be left at your delivery address without a signature. Please only choose this option if there is a safe place for the parcel to be left.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we may not be able to replace or refund items that are missing due to theft or unsafe delivery locations.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses must provide a solution if they cannot supply a product or service that a customer has paid for on time or within a reasonable time. Customers also have consumer guarantee rights when buying products and services.
